IF you are a family or family foundation, we can help you:

• Coordinate and facilitate retreats, workshops, or board meetings.
• Work with different generations on their own concerns and also with the entire family on integrating those concerns into a coherent strategy
• Develop an understanding of the unique culture and legacy of your family
• Hone giving strategies, focus and directions
• Develop an approach for involvement of other generations in your family’s philanthropy
• Evaluate the impact and outcomes of your current giving
• Develop exist strategies for projects in which you are no longer interested or wish to discontinue funding
• Provide coaching services to your professional staff
• Work with your other professional advisors to make sure that your legal and financial decisions are aligned with your philanthropic goals. We will also help you choose between direct giving, setting up a private foundation, using a donor advised funds, or other vehicles.

We do NOT manage your money, your legal affairs, or the back office administration of your grantmaking. Nor do we accept any fundraising or development contracts. We are happy to refer you to others who do can do these things well.
