• Assess the impact and outcomes of our current giving
• Evaluate your current funded projects
• Develop success criteria for new funding areas
• Assess the potential and your suitability for partnerships, innovative, and venture philanthropy projects
• Develop exit strategies for projects in which you no longer have interest or wish to discontinue funding.
• Provide coaching for your professional staff

We do NOT manage your money, your legal affairs, or the back office administration of your grantmaking. Nor do we accept any fundraising or development contracts. We are happy to refer you to others who do can do these things well.
